Ordering Process

After you complete your purchase, we will :-

  1. Send you a order confirmation email within minutes.
  2. Proceed to pack and prepare your order for delivery.
  3. Once ready,  we will send you a delivery notification email containing 
    • Date of delivery / Tracking number and URL for orders within Singapore.
    • Tracking number and URL for international orders.

Kindly note that the lead time for international delivery starts from the date of receiving the delivery notification email. it typically takes less than 3 days to prepare the paper works for international orders

 

Things To Do When You Receive Your Parcel

For International Orders

Please inspect for damage or loss on the spot upon receiving the delivery to prevent complications. If damages are found, please notify the delivery person and have it indicated on the airway bill or delivery order in writing along with his / her details and initial. Do not reject the delivery as it may result in extra charges or further damage to the content in the course of redelivery. 

For Singapore Orders 

Your items will be checked before delivery, and as part of our assurance to you. It will be covered for 3 days upon successful delivery of your order against damages or defects. So please be sure to check out with 3 days of receiving your items :)

 

Damage or Lost Parcel
In the unfortunate event of any of damages or lost, though fragile items are typically not covered under insurance, please rest assured that we will try our very best to assist you. Things to do :-
  1. Stay calm, and take pictures of the damage(s) on the items and on the exterior packing if any. Keep the delivery order or related documentations in case we need them as reference. ( Please mind the sharp edges. )
